Warehouse Management System:
- Security levels are designed to comply with or exceed HIPAA and accreditation agency guidelines
- Restricted access – Your records are maintained separately. Other than PPM personnel, no one can view another owner’s product list, inventory, history, customers, suppliers, etc.
- Multiple employee access levels to our software will assure patient and business confidentiality
- Integrated bar-coding ability
- Ability to process orders for standard delivery or rush (overnight) delivery
Orders:
- Orders can be submitted via a batch process (through existing CRM or medSage Technologies interface) or manually via our web-based warehouse management application.
Shipping:
- Orders are shipped via small package carrier or USPS (Global mail) with both standard and express delivery options available
- Delivery conformation and/or tracking numbers are captured and uploaded to your patient management system (if supported) and are retained on the warehouse management system
- Various packaging materials available including inner packing materials for fragile shipments
- Packing list and marketing material can be included at the owner’s request. All packing lists and labels will indicate shipment from the owner.
- Our Policies and Procedures are in compliance with GMP guidelines as well as healthcare accreditation agencies. All customer information is HIPPA compliant.
